Where does the event take place?

The event is held in a private campground on Orcas Island. You will receive directions after you complete online registration.

When can we arrive? When do we have to leave?

Registration will open at 2pm on Wednesday June 20th. You are welcome to arrive after 10am on Wednesday but you won’t be able to register until 2pm. The event ends at 12:30pm on June 24th. If you would like to stay in the campground before the event starts or stay after the event ends, you are welcome to do so, but need to make your arrangements separately with the Venue after you register for the Ecosex Convergence. 

What about children?

Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a legal guardian. Only adults who have attended the event before are invited to bring minors. 

Can I come for just for the weekend?

No, but you may leave early if you desire. 

What amenities will be provided at the campground?

There will be above ground fire pits with grills, picnic tables, water faucets, portable toilets, first aid station, pay-per-use showers, food vendors, and a community hearth.

Do we need to bring firewood?

You are welcome to bring your own firewood. We are also invited by the land hosts to harvest dead wood in the forest. Firewood is also available for purchase.

Is there anything that we cannot bring onto the site?

Do not bring pets, weapons, illegal drugs, amplified music or items to vend (unless you are a registered vendor). 

Will I get cell reception?

Yes.
